The next College Annual General Meeting has been re-schedules to 6 November 2019  at 12 noon EST.  Please set the date aside and keep it free so, as a registrant of the College, you can exercise your rights and give appropriate guidance to the Board of Directors as to how you wish your profession to be regulated.  More information will be posted on the Registrants Only section of the website  closer to 6 November 2019

The 2018 Annual General Meeting (AGM)  – Re-Scheduled 27 February 2019

The next College Annual General Meeting has been re-schedules to 27 February 2019  at 12 noon EST.  Please set the date aside and keep it free so, as a registrant of the College, you can exercise your rights and give appropriate guidance to the Board of Directors as to how you wish your profession to be regulated.

There are 5 Director positions up for election.  We have received 5 Nominations to date of December 5th.  With the postponement of the AGM, the deadline for submission of Director Nominations will be extended to 1 February 2019.   A final ‘Call for Nominations’ will be sent out to all CVRP registrants via email by December 15th 2018.  Please see Email Blasts from MailChimp  under News and Resources  for the Nomination form and Policy or contact the College Administrator, Michelle Denley at info@cvrp.ca.

The 2017 Annual General Meeting (AGM)  – 1 November 2017

The next College Annual General Meeting is scheduled for 1 November 2017 at 12 noon EST.  Please set the date aside and keep it free so, as a registrant of the College, you can exercise your rights and give appropriate guidance to the Board of Directors as to how you wish your profession to be regulated.
We will once again be using the Adobe-Connect web meeting platform.  If you plan to attend this member meeting, we ask that you respond with an RSVP to the email blast from the College.  If you have unsubscribed to the CVRP Mail-chimp email address list, please send a request to info@cvrp.ca to re-subscribe.  You may also send a RSVP directly to info@cvrp.ca noting your name and registration number.

There are 3 vacancies for Board Directors. The call for Nominations was sent out September 15th.  Completed Nominations for Board of Directors must be forwarded to the CVRP office via electronic copy no later than 8:00 pm EST October 17th, with hard copy forwarded within 5 days of the electronic submission.   The ‘fill-able’ 2017 CVRP Nomination Form for the election of Directors at the November 1st AGM can be found at this link.

The 2016 Annual General Meeting (AGM)  – 21 September 2016

The next AGM is scheduled for 21 September 2016 at 12 noon EST.  Please set the date aside and keep it free so, as a registrant of the College, you can exercise your rights and give appropriate guidance to the Board of Directors as to how you wish your profession to be regulated.  We will be using the Adobe-Connect web meeting platform.
Nominations for Board of Directors must be forwarded to the CVRP office via electronic copy no later than 8:00 pm EST September 2, 2016, with hard copy forwarded within 5 days of the electronic submission.   The ‘fill-able’ 2016 CVRP Nomination Form for the election of Directors at the September 21st AGM can be found at this link.

The 2015 Annual General Meeting (AGM)  – 2 December 2015

The 2015 AGM was held on December 2nd 2015 at 12 noon EST.   A slate of Directors was presented and duly elected for the the 2015-2016 operations.   The financial documents and the minutes can be found in the Members only section.
